Although the M407 is definitely one of the cheaper camera’s on the market, takes a decent quality picture, and is fairly durable in most regards, it should nonetheless be an electronic device that consumers should keep their distance from. With a high rate of problems, little to no additional features, and a very simple and boring interface, not to mention the low quality of the digital zoom, the HP Photosmart M407 is barely worth considering for those who want a decent quality digital camera.
